This medicine SHOULD NOT BE USED in the following cases:
- In cases of a history of allergy to antibiotics of the Tetracycline family.
- In children under 8 years of age: risk of yellowing of the child's teeth and enamel hypoplasia.
- Concurrent or simultaneous treatment with an oral retinoid (medication indicated for certain severe forms of acne and psoriasis).

- Pregnancy and lactation: Tetracyclines quickly cross the placental barrier and are excreted in milk.
